The portal gearset provides an 83% gear reduction at each hub along with an additional 4.27 inches of ground clearance. This combines with 50 degrees of steering at all four corners of the vehicle. Additionally, the 12 degree KPI with 40 inch tires creates an optimal scrub radius for rock crawling.
