Engineered and manufactured entirely in the USA, these beadlock wheels reflect complete control over design, forging, and machining. The result is a precision-built product that meets the same standards as our portal axles.

Why does that matter? Because controlling the process is how you build the best possible product.

We designed these wheels in-house from the ground up, engineering them to work seamlessly with our portal axles and all our brake packages. The goal was the narrowest wheel package to optimize track width and scrub radius. 

We partnered with a forging house to create our own dies, with the blanks rotary forged on a 1200-ton press. Once those blanks arrive at our facility, they go straight onto a Hermle 5-axis mill where our design is machined, including details like a pocketed valve stem designed to ensure you will never break one off. Every wheel is probed on the machine to ensure concentricity, and inspected before heading out the door. 

We prefer working with trusted industry partners to produce accessory components for our portal systems, but when we decide to make something ourselves, we don’t cut corners.
