Shipping policy

This policy outlines how 74Weld ships orders based on size and destination. For domestic orders, shipping method and cost are determined automatically at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery address. International orders are handled separately, as described below.

Small Parcel Shipments

Small parcel orders ship via UPS Ground.

Freight Shipments (Portal Kits & Large Items)

Portal kits and other large items ship by freight on a pallet by default. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.

Liftgate Service

Orders shipping to a residential address automatically include liftgate service, since most residential delivery locations do not have a loading dock. Orders shipping to a business address can choose between delivery with or without a liftgate at checkout.

International Shipments

International orders require a full crate for freight transit, which includes a standard crate fee of $375. Because international freight costs vary by destination and order, total shipping cost is calculated after your order is submitted, not at checkout. We will follow up to add the crate fee and applicable freight charge before your order ships.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are insured for the full retail value of the products, with no exceptions.
