Bringing proven technology to the mass market, this 4 gear portal design borrows from our race-winning Ultra4 and Trophy Truck portals and scales things down to package perfectly on any JL or JT Jeep vehicle. With these portals you are able to re-gear, lift, improve ground clearance, and provide room for larger tires on your Jeep all with a single product. This is a 100% bolt on product that is fully compatible with Rubicon, Mojave, and 392 JL and JT axles.

The Gen 2 Jeep Portal Axle allows you to build an extreme off road capable vehicle while still retaining the comfortable ride quality of a stock Jeep. Our 4 gear design provides a 22% gear reduction at the hubs which allows for a 22% bigger tire without the extra stress on all drivetrain components. This means that you can throw out the stock 32” tires and replace them with 39” tires without having to change your suspension or re-gear your axles. The portal is your lift, the portal is your re-gear, and unlike a conventional lift kit, the portal lifts your axles giving you jaw dropping ground clearance where you want it most…under the diffs. We don’t sell a suspension lift. We sell you ride quality and ground clearance and allow you to fit the big tire you want without compromise!

The 74 Weld Gen 2 Jeep Portal Axle is based around a proven 8-lug 1-ton unit bearing. Our patent pending unit bearing portal design is both strong and reliable. They feature 35 spline 4340 heat treated axle shafts and are fully compatible with your factory ABS!

Factory brake calipers are retained and new vented front and rear rotors are included.
